Refund Policy

We ship our decals from Belarus. From the receipt of an order, we will usually send out your stickers within 24-72 hours. Any orders placed on a Friday may be dealt with and despatched on a Monday. We ship worlwide at the standard postal rate. Deliveries worldwide may expect to be received within 14-28 days. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or errors caused by the postal system, third party carriers and electronic mail.

It is a simple as this, if you are not satisfied with, or our car graphics have been wrongly supplied, you simply contact us and if the fault is ours then we will put it right for you. If for any reason you are not happy then please CLICK HERE to send us an e mail detailing your complaint. At this stage please do not return the goods, firstly you need to e mail us. Please do not forget to give us your full name, your transaction reference number and the nature of your complaint. If you're right and we're wrong then we'll have replacement car graphics on the way to you before you know it.
